Get ready to Combust a Move in Chain Reaction+!

Goin’ off the Explosion Side

Ultimate Experience

You likely learned in school that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. So it should be no surprise that all the energy absorbed when a brawler is KOed has to go somewhere. Don’t turn your back on your fallen foes, or they could spring back and get you in Chain Reaction+, where players will launch into an Ultimate Throw after being KOed. Pro tip: if you really want to see some action, KO someone under a low-hanging ceiling and watch the fireworks.

Bombastic Bundles!

When we asked Perennial Labs test subjects, “Which Season 4 Bundle did you like best of these three?” survey-takers overwhelmingly wrote in “Yes.” You can’t deny that kind of data, so for a limited time, you’ll be able to pick up these three Bundles from Season 4! Roll out as the ultimate fan of Knockout City’s bravest with Knockout City Defense Force, let your alien buddy do the talking with Close Encounter, or run orbits around the competition with the spacefaring favorite, Spaced Out. Check out the Bundles tab in the Brawl Shop for all the details

Playlist Rotation

Here is the Daily Playlist rotation for the next two weeks:

Fanart

Now, I don’t want anyone out there accusing me of playing favorites, but when someone makes fanart of one of our mods, it just makes my heart swell. This one features Zeppy, and is courtesy of LANa, who has been a fantastic promoter of the benefits of the ethernet cable when playing Knockout City.

Video of the Week

You might recognize Knil Cross, either their work, or from a previous battle. They’ve been around the community for awhile now, and you might learn a thing or two from watching, especially with that keypad overlay. Also, this might be the first time I’ve heard a brawler say, “Ahoy!” in casual gameplay.

That’s Brawl, Folks!

It’s been a bit since I reminded y’all to pass, so that’s how we’re going to close out today. Pass the ball, it’s not an old move. It’s timeless.
